Held at Omoto Shin’en Garden, one of the most popular sites for viewing autumn leaves in Ayabe. During the festival there are also events such as an open-air tea ceremony, a koto performance, and other musical performances. Bamboo lanterns are lit at sunset, and the illuminated Japanese maples create a fantastic vista.
